Tool Usage

Most right-right-click functionality of tool items (Axes, Shovels, & Pickaxes) has been delayed by a very short timtime. This is to reduce the chance of accidental right-click effects on blocks while limiting the effect on times when players actually mean to do it.

This effect only occurs once per right-click, meaning holding the button down will not continously delay usage.
