Item Frame

Item Frames are now crafted with 4 Sticks, rather than 8. Item Frames can now be dyed by shift-right-clicking with a Dye item, or by crafting them with a Dye item.

Items inside of Item Frames can be rotated in reverse by shift-clicking.

Item Frames can also be waxed with Honeycomb to prevent rotation.
