Most small plant blocks (Flowers, Mushrooms, etc) are now stackable similarly to Turtle Eggs & Sea Pickles. The stacking mechanic is exactly the same.
Stackable plant blocks generate in random numbers, exponentially more likely to generate with fewer of the respective plant.
