Bamboo now deals 1 damage (half a heart) to entities in the way when growing up a stage. This is considered a unique damage type, meaning there are custom death messages for dying this way:

• [PLAYER] was skewered to death

• [PLAYER] was skewered by bamboo while trying to escape [ATTACKER]
